direct care model

The practice does not participate with insurance panels, allowing greater flexibility in session length, treatment planning, and the ability to provide parent consultation and coaching at the same hourly rate as therapy services.

This model also supports more individualized clinical decision-making without the restrictions or

diagnostic requirements often imposed by insurance companies.

We accept credit cards, cash, checks, and FSA/HSA credit cards.

Payment

Payment is due after each session. We accept credit cards, checks, and FSA/HSA credit cards. Payment plans are available upon request. Clients are requested to provide advance notice when they need to miss an appointment.

We are a Direct Pay clinic and do not currently bill insurance.

We will provide a Superbill for insurance reimbursement upon request.
